Looking for that unique present, Teapigs is the unique name for Towcester Tearooms best selling Tea range. As well as being part of our wide range of teas on our menu we also sell them as gifts.

Their unique selling point is the use of tea temples instead of teabags. They are in tiny little pyramid shaped pouches made from biodegradable mesh designed to give you more of a loose leaf taste rather than grainy teabag.

Selling at £4.00 per packet there are many flavours to choose from including Jasmine Pearls, Peppermint leaves and Mao Feng Green Tea to name but three of the wide selection.

Bury Mount Castle is a large mound hidden at the back of Watling Street. The
booklet includes a reconstruction of how the castle may have appeared circa
1150 when it controlled the strategic junction of Watling Street and the long
distance route from Southampton to Stamford. Its history is covered from Roman
times up to 2005, when it was acquired by the South Northamptonshire Council.
